This website provides pre-launch information about FairShair. The descriptions on this site communicate intended product direction and do not constitute a guarantee that any particular feature, beta program, commercial service, release date, or level of availability will be offered.

FairShair names, branding, site content, designs, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use this website for lawful, personal, or legitimate business-evaluation purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or reproduce FairShair materials in a manner that infringes applicable rights.

The pre-launch site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FairShair disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or completeness of pre-launch information and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational site. Participation in a future beta may require separate terms.
