FairShair respects your privacy. When you submit a Request Early Beta Access form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, which may include your name, user type, organization or agency, email address, areas of interest, and an optional message. We use this information to evaluate beta participation, understand prospective-user needs, respond to inquiries, and communicate relevant beta or company updates.

Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database and are accessible to authorized website administrators. We use technical safeguards, including form verification, a hidden spam-prevention field, submission throttling, and a one-way technical identifier derived from the submitting IP address. We do not store that IP address directly in the beta-request record.

Our website and hosting providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser information, or server logs, as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the site. FairShair does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf where reasonably necessary to provide communications, hosting, security, analytics, or related business services.

We use campaign parameters, referral information, landing-page information, and a randomly generated browser-session identifier to understand how visitors reach the site and whether campaigns lead to beta registrations. The site may use browser storage to retain first-touch campaign attribution. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may receive limited website interaction data; FairShair does not send beta-form names, email addresses, organizations, or free-text messages to Google Analytics.

We will retain beta-request and campaign-attribution information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You may contact info@fairshair.com to ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion. Product-specific privacy disclosures, including information about account data, resource data, cookies, analytics, retention, user rights, and applicable regional requirements, will be published before those capabilities are offered.
